Recent Diminished Value Recovery

A client was referred to us after he had an accident with his 2016 Buick Enclave due to no fault of his own. His vehicle had high mileage and previous damage. The insurance carrier denied, delayed, and again denied his claim for several months. After a few conversations with the adjuster we were able to obtain our client $1,500 for his vehicles loss in value. Never trust the insurance company’s opinion of your vehicles value.
