A gentleman in Pennsylvania gave us a call after his 2021 Ram 1500 was involved in an accident causing $19,000 of damage. PA is a comparative negligence state and the owner happened to be 50% at fault for the wreck. After writing a report and further negotiations with the adjuster we were able to agree that the Ram was worth $9,000 less because of the accident. The owner got a check for $4,500!
